What will help kickstart me this morning?

Almost a whole pot of coffee and I'm still feeling Blah.

    Stretch for 5 minutes. Do 20 jumping jacks, 5 pushups, 5 situps, drink a bottle of water take a multivitamin and have a balanced high protein low fat lunch.

    Coco Pops! Nah just kidding. When I'm feeling 'blah' I just turn on the music and dance my way to happiness. Believe it or not, it works!

    Most people are going to say something sexual. Well, a good romp usually makes me hungry and even more exhausted.

    I think you should get into an ice cold shower, that will wake your azz up quick!

    I do 100 situps, 50 jumping jacks, and a 1 mile jog each morning.

    as you can see, sex works.

    but not that much, ahhaha, or you will be more tired then before. :)
