I want to get lean, what should I be doing in the gym?
I would like to know what type of workout I should be doing at the gym in order to lean up? I hate free weights but I am a huge fan of all of the machines, bikes, ect.
I am currently by no means over weight.. I’m about 122lbs, 5’7, female at 21 years of age. I just want to slim everything down (especially the thighs!) a little and see some definition.
Also, are there any (hopefully not to expensive) supplements anyone would suggest in order to help the process along and keep me strong/healthy/feeling good?

you need to use weights, doing too much cardio is just going to make you lose more weight and look like bones.
