Is there a substitute for Wheat Gluten?

I am making 100% whole wheat bread, and am curious if there is a substitute for wheat gluten (the lightening agent for the texture of the bread).

    If you are going to make wheat bread using only wheat flour you are going to have such a hard heavy bread you won't even be able to eat it. You will also need to add white flour to make a nice bread. Gluten is in the flour and is activated when you knead it. Look on the internet for a recipe just for wheat bread, do not use a recipe for white bread and simply substitute wheat for white flour since as I said the bread will be so heavy you won't be able to eat it.
