What do you put in your stuffing ?
celery and onions get boring after thirty years

Onions, celery, carrots, chopped turkey gizzards and heart.
It might be boring but I suggest that if you are going to put something new in your dressing you should try it early so that your family will be use to it. Some people like to stick with tradition when with this special Holiday.
You might want to check out Food Network.com though because they have all different kinds of ideas for stuffing/dressing

Onions, celery, carrots, raisins, bread, butter and chicken or turkey stock. It's an old family favorite, but this year I'm making dressing with sausage & artichoke hearts.

Boring, but somewhere expected.
Every time I try something new for the stuffing, my family gives me a very disappointed look and turns down the stuffing. I've learned to just give them what they want for the big day, and try new things on lesser important meals.

I do use the onions and celery, but I add sausage also.
