Automakers Bailout Question - Please Consider This... ?
Given that we pile billions of dollars on the doorsteps of the Big Three Automakers...Since over 1,000,000 workers have lost their jobs this year alone, and another 750,000 American Jobs have moved overseas, who "EXACTLY" do the Big Three expect to sell their current and future inventory of automobiles to???

The American autoworkers and retirees who still get paychecks and retiree checks. The suppliers who are still working to make parts for the automakers. The new employees who will replace the recently retired workers. Proud American people who are supporting their neighbors, friends, and country by buying American built products made by American owned companies. People who want the best products money can buy, Malibu, Corvette, Escalade, Cadillac DTS and CTS. If not now, when, if not you and me, then who, if not here, where? Peace.

we need a new green economy. there is defnitely a demand for electric and hybrid cars. we live in a country that relies heavily on auto transportation. I think we should bail em out for now, and restructure them via govt policy (such as emissions standards, etc.), not because a bunch of rich corrupt guys under the Bush Admin stole all of our money.

Nobody wants them. This is the problem.
