Do emotional wounds, when healing, itch?

When emotional wounds heal, do they itch like physical healing wounds? If so then how do you know it's itching and what does it mean?

No I'm not serious really =) maybe 5% serious.

Well just for the sake of answering your question even if its a joke. Emotional scars when healing does feel a little painful on your heart, you might feel a little tingle and you might get sad then you'll move on

They may "itch" metaphorically. Meaning, the sufferer may be more attentive to emotionally painful memories (notice them more) initially when in the process of healing.

They would not itch in a physical sense, however.
