Notice of unemployment insurance award Question!?

I applied for unemployment and got 2 letters in the mail, one was the notice of unemployment insurance award but it does not show any numbers, its all zeros, does it mean i didnt qualify? the second paper doesnt say anything important, i thought they were supposed to tell you why they declined you? What does they mean?

    The award letter was kicked out because your claim was approved. If you were denied, you would have been notified of the denial and given the opportunity to dispute it and have a hearing. But since you got the letter, it would seem that your were approved for benefits. I would imagine it is a computer glitch that did not print out the numbers. If you can, take the letters and go to the Employment Office for assistance.
