    Mexico City.

Spanish is the official language of Nicaragua.

Spanish and English are co-official languages in Puerto Rico, and both are taught in schools.

The capital of Mexico? Well, in your question it doesn't have one, though it should have a capital M.

However, the capital of Mexico is Mexico City; called in Spanish "Ciudad de México", and the general area is known as "México D.F. (Distrito Federal)"

Spanish is spoken in both Puerto Rico and Nicaragua.

    Mexico City

spanish is the official language of puerto rico and nicaragua.

of course the language has some differences but technically spanish is the official language of those two countries

In English it is called Mexico City

In Spanish it is called Ciudad de México, D.F., Distrito Federal, México or Méjico

I think México D.F is most common.

Puerto Rico - Spanish / English

    Nicaragua - Spanish

Mexico City; "Both English and Spanish are the official languages of Puerto Rico, but the culture is unmistakably Latin, and Spanish is without a doubt the island's dominant language." --http://puertorico-guide.info/travel.basics/languag... English is mandatory for all federal purposes and is spoken in highly visited tourist areas. And in nicaragua they speak Spanish. 97% do, and it is the official language.
