I love your question. Only thing I can offer is a free online course that I took myself about a year or so ago. I think the key, is first in understanding what reality actually is before we can have a correct perception about it.

This might sound a little weird I realize but just check out the video at the link and if you are still interested, there is a way to sign up for the free classes, that to be honest with you, have completely changed my entire life. After going through the beginners course, I simply saw myself, the world around me, and my very reason for existing, in a whole new light.
