Is showering right before you sleep good for your skin? And what else is good for your skin?

My skin is really rough especially on my face and i want it smooth and nice but i don't know what to do.

i heard that keeping your hair out of your face keeps the zits away

i heard that fruits and vegetables are good-evey one knows that

and im wondering if you might know what is good and bad for your skin.

tell me anything you know

    i heard there are 5 food sources that can give u greater looking skins

    1.fish

    2.green tea

    3.brocolli

    4.almonds

    5.sunflower oil

    k always hav a healthy diet

    coffee is bad for yur skin so is skim milk so try to drink soy

    drink atleast 1.5 litres of water every single day (very important)

    wash yur face twice a day and moisturise with a night cream

    don't eat a lot of sugar (gives u pimples)

    dont touch yur face ( yur hands hav oil n germs on them)

    for rough skin moistureise and scrub with a face wash

    Water. Drink at least 8 glasses a day. And salmon --the omega-3s give you smooth skin and reduce inflammation. They also fight wrinkles.

    make sure what ever it is you put its non-comedogenic(won't clog pores). Do you have break outs or something?

    make sure its always well mosturized but not greasy
