You'll need to mod your PSP, but you can't unless you have a downgrader, then you can download PSPtube which plays Youtube videos on your PSP

First of all make sure you have a wireless router in range of you (about 25 metres ) then if it does not work maybe you need to download some sort of program which mght take up a lot of memoery so its up to you

you hae to download a program that makes websites work offline then download it to your psp its the same with other sites
