is it possible 100% possible to find a criminal by his bullet marks left on dead body ?
or evidence on crime sight. as every bullet fired has a unique individual character and common group character ?

Yes and no, if he used hollow point rounds most of the time the bullet is to damaged to recover.. however there is a specific department in crime scene investigation that deals with this, its called "ballistics"

100%?
No....there's very little that's 100%.
What's usually considered acceptable is probability, or likelihood.
You might not be able to say that 'the chances are 100% this bullet killed so-and-so', but you *could* say that, 'there's a 90% + chance that this bullet killed so-and-so'. Then you relay on other evidence to make/break a case.
