How do you find the directrix/directrices of an ellipse with the equation...?(best answer 5 stars)?

Question

the equation is:

((x+2)^2/25)+((y-1)^2/9)=1 [ellipse formula]

what is the method and answers [in the simplified terms for me - a 15yearold]?

I think there should be two directrices...

I wish I could ask the teacher but it is for an assignment in which we are required to work independantly. Furthermore, we have no textbook that has this stuff in it.
