Yeah it does exist and you do have the correct address.

We are there between 11:30 - 15:00 Monday to Friday

We have just moved into a new and improved commercial kitchen and should be back there by the 24th November 2008.

I look forward to seeing you all then. The burritos will be just as big and tastier than before.
