Can i wear black ankle length leggings with a top this style (see links below) for my cousin's wedding? I am 13 years old. If not what other suggestions do you have for the outfit? Thanks.

I agree, you shouldn't wear white to someone's wedding. I do like the design of the first top though. The second top looks too much like a nightie. At this time of year it seems a bit chilly too, without sleeves. But maybe with a pair of black velvet skinny pants, and a black shrug? Or, just keep looking for another dress.

no the leggings would make it too casual. go bare leg with the purple dress. NEVER EVER wear white to a wedding or wedding reception! that is the most disrespectful thing you could do to the bride.
