what is gravity feed lubrication? ?

When there is a source ( tank? ) above the outlet, the fluid is then fed by gravity, i.e. without pressure from a pump. The higher the tank is above the outlet, the greater the pressure - a good example of this is a "water tower".

Oil, mostly. This sounds suspiciously like a homework question, which you're supposed to be doing yourself. Ye Gods, it's not difficult for kids nowadays with the internet, all you have to do is Google it FFS.
