this guy in our frat who just got kicked out. he drugged and raped a girl, and even bragged about it.steals money from his family and at work.very dishonest and is loyal to no one.

99.9% of people like this were abused in some form or witnessed a traumatic experience.

Though our society thinks that this is not an excuse for negative behavior, locks these people up, and lets a majority out.

People like this have a mental issue not an animilistic issue.

More mental recognition for rehabilitation.

Yes, sounds like a sociopath. They are the most difficult ,if not impossible, to be helped through therapy. I have a brother that falls into that category and the tears and pain he has caused our family is enormous but he cannot see it and continues to be a hit and run.
