I would change it!

Maybe only the Emily but though.

Cause your name is part of who you are so maybe I would keep the Sophia Elizabeth bit but change the Emily to something more "manly" lol

Even if you were a kid I would tell my parents that I really didn't like it and you can legally change your name if your parents sign stuff.

I don't know how old you are but if possible i'd be getting a name change. Why did your parents name you a girls name? Have you ever questioned them about it? If you haven't i think you should because you deserve an explanation. An alternative to "Emily" is "Emilio!"
