Does anyone know what the right weight is for a girl with medium-large bone structure and is 6'2"?

please help thanks

    150lb-195lb is the recommended range, so you probably want to stay at the mid-upper end of this range if you are large framed for your height. Just remember it's better to go by your percentage of body fat than just weight alone.
