On PBS I was watching a show and they said that if the average Weight of every American could be the same as it was in 1990 it would save over 1 trillion dollars a year and solve our health care cost problem. Agree or Disagree?

Im 2ft 3 and half inches tall, now how much do I have to lose to take up the slackers that wouldn't do it, oh yeah I weigh 15 pounds 2 oz if that helps.
