Podcast, how do i record and post one online?

What is the best program to use, or can I use a regular voice recorder and then upload it to my computer? Also what are the best free sites to post my podcast? Thanks for all your help.

You can use RecordForAll or any other audio recording software to record the file.

The easiest way to create an RSS feed is to use software. A podcast is simply an RSS feed that contains an audio file in the enclosure field. The software I would recommend is FeedForAll (there is a Windows and a Mac version).
