If you were under 18 and didn't benefit from the contract after turning 18, then the contract and debt should be cancelled out once you provide evidence to the creditor that you were under 18. Under law, you aren't competent to enter into a binding contract.

No, it won't restoration your credit. Paying some thing late does not restoration credit. what is going to restoration your credit is time. After 7 to 7 a million/2 years, that's bumped off out of your credit, immediately, however if or no longer that's paid.

Yes, if you don't pay your bills it will mess up your credit. Your track record follows you. Even a library card can get you into trouble if you don't return the books..

no a minor can not legally enter into a contract -- but if you enter into this contract by some sort of fraud (fake id) than not only would you be liable but could go to jail for fraud!!! and yes this would mess up your credit!!!
