The most common cause of headache is dehydration - try drinking more water- not coffee, not pop, just good ol' water, and see if that doesn't help. Eyestrain can cause headaches- like from sitting staring at a computer or television screen. Try looking up and looking around so you can use your far vision too, say one good look round every 5-10 minutes. Migraines are usually accompainied by an "aura"- a change in your vision, like tunnel vision or bright sparkles, and usually nausea, sometimes vomiting, too. Most migraines have a trigger, like chocolate, too much caffeine, allergies- it takes a while to sort out what it is. There are a number of treatments for migraine - including naturopathic and homeopathic, but migraine is a diagnosis only a physician can make- maybe a family practice doctor or better yet a neurologist. Headaches are often caused by stress and tension, too. Look into some relaxation tecniques like yoga, guided deep breathing, progressive relaxation, and best yet - head, neck, and shoulder massage!
