You can go to the following site and download a list of the primes under two million. Copy them into a spreadsheet, or the like, and add them up.

You could also run a program to do the same thing. See the second link.

Alternatively, you could estimate the value using a close approximation.

Or, if you search long enough on the web you can find the answer:

a := Sum( Filtered([1..2000000], IsPrime));

Answer:

142,913,828,922
