someone i know just got arrested for reckless endangerment to the first degree. someone was chasing him in his car and he drove over someones lawn. what could happen. thanks everyone!

Reckless Endangerment in most states is a misdemeanor. More than likely the punishment would be community service, probation and a fine. Some judges might impose a short jail sentence depending on the offender's prior criminal history.
