Specific classes depend on which vet school you want to attend. They each have their own lists of classes that they require and no two are the same. Generally speaking I can tell you to expect a 2 semesters of english/writing, 1 semester of public speaking, a few social science classes, 2 semesters of general chemistry with labs, 1-2 semesters of organic chemistry with labs, 1 semester of biochemistry with lab, 2 semesters of physics with labs, 1-3 semesters of basic biology/zoology with labs, 1 semester of microbiology with lab, 1 semester of genetics (sometimes with lab), 1 semester of calculus and/or statistics. Possibly some more upper level biology courses as well like embryology, virology, immunology, but most schools incorporate these into the vet school curriculum.

To get exact requirements for specific vet schools I've included a link to a website that lists all 28 US vet schools and their requirements
