what are lunges and did squats and lunges work for you?

    yes, they both have worked for me! here is a video to show proper lunge form. once you master the form, add weights!

    lunges and squats are great exercises for sculpting and toning butt and thighs. keep the reps up and weight moderately heavy- being able to do 10-15 reps is good.
