Can I get cut at this weight?

Can a 16 year old who weighs 145 lbs and is 6 foot tall get cut by lifting weights? I want to start getting lean and very muscular(going for looks not so I can bench 400 lbs)

    Yes but you have to work hard at it. A healthy diet, high in protein. You need to get your body fat down to about 7%

    well let me tell you you have to eat way more protein to gain weight and as you gain weight you can still go and lift weights. but you cant get cut on that weight.

    yes u can get cut at that weight because u are very light... but u might want to add some more muscle mass....
