Does anyone know of a legal way to send a package or letter to someone without a return address?

I want to send my friend (in another state) a package that looks like it came from Santa at the North Pole. I thought it would be funny for her to receive a lump of coal with the letter. Any Ideas?

There is no law requiring a return address-- people put it there in case the letter or package can't be delivered to the addressee. Then it is returned to the sender.

I don't think you'd be too worried about it not getting delivered, so go ahead and send it, "Santa".

    Cute idea, LOL!

The only thing you have to do is to get an envelope complete who it is being mailed to and drop it in a mail box.

Why not actually address it as Santa? that will be funnier dont you think?
