sumo deadlift vs conventional deadlift?
is either lift more effective than the other? ive been doing conventional ones all the time and i was thinking about doing sumo deads. does either one work more muscles than the other or are they the same?

The difference between the sumo deadlift and the classic deadlift is that the sumo deadlift works the quadriceps and adductor (inner thigh) muscles intensely. Because the pelvis is not as tilted, it works the back less. My suggestion is to alternate from time to time. Happy lifting :)
