Do all cars have a fuel flow regulator (CCRM)?

Its a device that controls the fuel pump i.e. fuel flow to the injectors. I discovered some interesting things about feul flow and combustion and am curious to know if this is a common feature.

    all cars and truck do have a fuel pump regulator to control the amount of fuel entering the injectors. if they have a carburetor then they do not have 1.
