Question about 3,500 cals?
How do you calculate it so you figure out how much weight you lose? I'm looking at this from a mathematical standpoint, not from a losing weight standpoint. This is a confusing question. Say a person's required calorie amount to maintain weight is 1800. They burn, say, 3,500 cals to lose one lb. So, if they had a 700 cal diet (very unhealthy), how much cals do they lose?
I'm just curious. Thanks!
Thanks for the answer, but I want to know HOW YOU CALCULATE THIS? Not the answer. I'm looking at this mathematically.
