Can you smoke cigarettes in a leased vehicle?

    I have never been told I can't and have never gotten in trouble for doing so.

    Of course you can. The car company isn't gonna tell you to stop smoking in a car that you have leased out.

    Sure. However, if you burn holes in the seats or the car reeks when you turn it in, expect to pay some extra money so that the dealer can recondition and sell it again.

    read the contract or whatever. it probably says there. or ask the person whos leasing it to you.
