Does anyone remember the changes they had at 18?
Hey , im an 18 year old guy, about 6'2" and 190-195 lbs. I was never a big guy until i started religously lifting weights 7 years ago with my dad. Though, not necessarily small i feel im still skinny with skinny legs and even though fairly large hands, not very thick like a lot of older guys. My parents constantly say i will "fill out" so to speak. For older guys who have already experienced this i want to know what i can expect. I still lift but i can i expect a "thickening" effect like im told, or can i still naturally get stronger and a little bigger because i know the changes from 18- early 20's is different than teens. Any experiences would be very helpful ,thanks

Yeah you may get bigger since you're only 18. i've seen guys i knew in high school who were thin and now have a lot of muscle.
Just a suggestion but you may want to see what kind of body type(or combination of) you are cause it sounds like you might be slightly ectomorphic. That is someone who has a hard time gaining muscle mass. For example Brad Pitt and edward norton are the type of guys who can't gain muscle so easily so they have to really really work at it to get into that kind of shape.
