Can a business deny Police to serve order of protection to an employee?

Is a business allowed to denied the officer to serve order of protection to an employee.

Update:

Ok I did find out if the company has a policy it is out of the courts hands?? I guess I dont understand how that can be.

no - the only thing we have done in my office is asked the officer to call the employee to a private room and not take care of it in front of everyone.

Not in the US unless they want to deal with an obstruction charge
