Those home theater in a box are not flexible for adding anything to them or for up grading. They are mainly designed for you to watch a movie with the built in player with surround sound. Most of them does not offer any video or audio connection and you certainly can not connect it online for netflix. The only system that I can recommend is the Onkyo HT-S3500, it is a 5.1 receiver and a set of speakers. You add a Panasonic Blu Ray disc player to it and you have one nice dependable system. Demo the Onkyo at your nearest Fry's Electronic and it retail for under $300 and the blu ray disc player for around $80. You can connect the blu ray disc player to netflix. Hope this will help you out.

I had the same problem, you just need to change your audia to different settings until It works. For me it works on Matrix, I have a friend for whose it works on Stereo setting.
