材料:

做法

1.將糯米粉加入芒果汁中

2.攪到完全混合沒有起粒

3.放入微波爐叮4 分鐘

4.將芒果起肉準備芒果粒

5.叮好後, 帶上手套搽少少油以免痴手

6.拿出少許粉糰然後包入芒果粒作為餡料, 搓成圓形

7.把椰絲或糯米粉鋪上,即成

芒果糯米滋好有營養,因為芒果的營養成份有維他命C、B1、B2、蛋白質等等,它還有防治心血管疾病的功效
