What is the most common Bible translation in English? Is there an online/electronic version available?

Although it is claimed (and probably true) that the NIV is currently the best-selling English bible, it is probably true that the King James Version is still the most common English translation - that is, it is probably still the most *owned* version (NIV has only been around for about 30 years).
KJV (full text only)

The most commonly used, and most popular----imho---unfortunately, is the NIV-New International Version, which has been recently (2011) updated with feminist intent (gender inclusive language). Another hot seller is the New Living Translation (NLT), which has the same problems. The perennial best seller, the King James Version, last updated in 1769, has 400+ words that are either incomprehensible, or have completely changed in meaning. Again, IMO, the most reliable modern translations are the New American Standard Bible (NASB), the New King James Version (NKJV), and the Holman Christian Standard Bible (HCSB).

The most popular best selling version is the New International version.
Which personally I don't care for.
There are many sites you can go online to read it. Here is one.
