    It means ''I hold you dear'', a poetic way of saying ''I love you so much, so much''.

    Ik = I

    heb = have

    je = you (object)

    lief = dear, sweet, kind, cute

    zo = so

    it is pretty poetic for loving you. in the song it says: "ik heb 'je lief, dat is veel meer dan houden van ", which loosely translates as "i love you dearly, which is much more than just liking you..."
