Are socialist programs in the USA just better structured or better run?

FHA the original government "socialist" lending division specialized in helping:

*First Time Home Buyers

*Minorities

*Sub Prime Borrowers

All with NO MONEY DOWN. Yet FHA is financially sound with NO problems. The private banks that paid Republicans a fortune to loosen the regulation are costing Americans 700 Billion Plus.

Is FHA America true "socialist" lending division just that much better?

People LOVE socialism! Like a municipal golf course, the lower fees, they love publicly owned parks and beaches and roads and water systems and sewer systems and schools and air. They don't think of publicly owned things as being socialist, but thats the definition of socialism. And whenever socialist owned things have been privatized people always end up hating it because fees go up and service goes down, invariably. But socialism gets bad press. Its a naughty word even if people love the reality of it.

The FHA is not a true socialist lending division. It facilitates loans and enforces guidelines that help reduce the risk of foreclosure. Borrowers still must qualify and find a private sector lender to borrow from. It relies on conservative lending terms and strong methods of avoiding foreclosure. The private banks you speak of are the same ones that provide cash for the FHA loans.

A 'true socialist' lending division would be for the government to buy the houses and let you live in one that it deems appropriate for you. When it is time for you to move, then you need not worry about selling the house.

aside from products a million and four, i presumed you have been conversing approximately Mexico. Coincidentally, products a million and four are appropriate: A. by loss of regulation (which too mimmics Mexico) including Nafta and Cafta, there is not any longer something combating firms from outsourcing. The exodus of producing jobs from the u . s . has bigger US voters' enrollment interior the social protection internet courses. B. by deregulation, the housing marketplace bubbled and crashed, which introduced approximately bigger US voters' enrollment in social protection internet courses. it is not unreasonable to declare we went from 22% dependency to 40 seven% dependency frequently by lost or lacking regulation. You blame socialism yet in actuality it grow to be loose marketeering that introduced approximately the two products a million and four. by fact the different merchandise on your checklist is regular in Mexico, i assume additionally they have no longer something to do with socialism or social courses by fact Mexico does not have any. Mexico is a shining occasion of Laissez-faire Capitalism, and that i be attentive to the way some could see Mexico as a golden probability. in case you may take earnings of exploitation, Mexico may be the situation for you as properly.
