So the Democratic Model works best right? ?

Ok so Capitalism is a system that says we will always have poor and needy etc... and work off the assumption of a 80/20 model 20% being a "socialistic" approach and the rest caring for that 20% I am my brothers keeper and Democrats say that model is not right and capitalism sucks for the greedy etc.. and seem to have more of a 40/60 theory 60% being a "socialistic" approach - so lets look at the Democratic Model

I have a few stats and I wonder what this tells us? What can one conclude from this information?

Democrat-controlled cities that are burdened by socialism and mired in poverty:

Detroit, MI (1st on the poverty rate list); no Republican mayor since 1961

Buffalo, NY (2nd on the poverty rate list); no Republican mayor since 1954

Cincinnati, OH (3rd on the poverty rate list); no Republican mayor since 1984

Cleveland, OH (4th on the poverty rate list); no Republican mayor since 1989

Miami, FL (5th on the poverty rate list); no Republican mayor ever

St. Louis, MO (6th on the poverty rate list); no Republican mayor since 1949

El Paso, TX (7th on the poverty rate list); no Republican mayor ever

Milwaukee, WI (8th on the poverty rate list); no Republican mayor since 1908

Philadelphia, PA (9th on the poverty rate list); no Republican mayor since 1952

Newark, NJ (10th on the poverty rate list); no Republican mayor since 1907

I have more but for attention span sake I will end there

What can we conclude from the above Stats?

also who knows where I can get a list of cities top ten with the lowest amount of poverty as well as the ten cities with a median range

sorry for all the questions - I also am curious to find a list of cities which shows how many rich vs poor and %age the rich donate in that city if you know what I mean?? maybe you can help me word that right thanks but mostly what does the list conclude to you ???
