Weight problems!! HELP?!?!?
Iam 13 yrs of age and i am over weight and not in shape at all. i drink water and exercise daily but i just doesn't seem to be enough. i just don't know what to do or how to do it. i feel like iam not the type to be a fat person and its making my life miserable. PLZ Iam begging any advice?

you have to eat to lose weight, eat healthy that is. Eat fruits and vegetables, start each day with breakfast.
eat six small meals daily instead of 3 big meals,
learn what a serving size is, such as cereal a serving size is usually 3/4 cup or less. eat sensible, buy a food scale and weigh your meats, a serving size of chicken breast (no skin) is 4-6 ounces.
drink at least 64 ounces of water daily.
Don't eat sweets, fried foods, too many pasta dishes, sodas etc..
be aware of what you eat. keep a food journal of all the foods you eat daily.
Don't let it make you miserable, enjoy life by eating healthy. Life is too short have fun in a healthy way.

You have to eat well also. If you eat poorly and exercise, you'll pretty much remain the same - meaning your exercise is going to waste. Cut out the junk, and don't overeat.

Eat nutritious meals. Like vegetables and fruit.
