Bookers usually start on a fairly low base salary and make most of their money off commissions - usually 5-8% of the total fee for the job. Even though the agency may charge a 15% commission, the booker does not get the entire 15%, part has to go to the agency. But if you are successful in bringing more money into an agency, your salary can go up quite a bit. Some of the top bookers representing supermodels in a Top 10 agency are making at least 6 figure base salaries with commission on top of that.

What do you mean? Like hiring models for a company or being someone who is an agent for a model? If you hire them then I don't think you get paid more than the salary you normally get but if you are agent I think you get 15% of what the model makes for each shoot.
