    Best for what?

    For romance, spanish (poetry).

For communications english (most alive language in the world).

For wisdom hebrew, which I believe is not only a language but a code, gigantic yet unresolved code.

    For precision in specifics german.

This is only an opinion with no real merits in it anyway.

They say english is better. English is the easiest language to learn, though but not just because your family speak a language means that that is the best language.

I would have to say English. Most countries around the world speak English, while FEW Americans speak other languages. It is the basis language for every one to learn.
