Financial Aid- Completely Gone?

I am attending a community college- a few days ago I had about 6,500 dollars in my account. 3,500 of that was financial aid, both fall & spring semester. Now all that is left is the 3,000 I had in scholarships- and I still owe the same amount of money for classes.

What is going on here? I've called the school and they are no help.

Call your financial aid office and bring your award letter. I think what happened was the computer only shows you your balance one semester at a time. Does this make sense? My college does this and it is quite annoying. If your financial aid office does nothing for you, maybe back track to admissions and maybe they could better explain your scholarship situation. Check your financial aid office first, and be sure to bring your award letter. Maybe this is nothing more than a clerical error.
