gordon ramsays lemon vinagrette?
Gordon Ramsay uses a lemon juice/ olive oil vingrette in his restaurants. i can't find a recipe online but i know it includes: olive oil, lemon juice, water, salt and pepper.
My question is: what do you think the proper ratio of water to lemon juice to olive oil.
any help would be greatly appreciated.

3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1 tbsp freshly-squeezed lemon juice
Whisk 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil and 1 tablespoon freshly-squeezed lemon juice with a little seasoning.
