I need the name of some music making software. Like the stuff they use to make music on the Audio portal on New Grounds

Check out Cakewalk. They have been making software tools for creating music for a long time. If you don't play an instrument, try Kinetic.

If you can play a keyboard try Sonar. Sonar is a large program with lots of software Synths. While you can use it without a keyboard, it is easier if you understand music.
