Well-Smoothies are really easy, yummy and healthy! They can also be breakfastes!
Inrgediants-Some of your favorite fruits
(Straberries, bannas, mangos, etc.) Not watermelon or any melons, they just won't work. And yogurt and some ice. Mix and tada! A wonderfullly delicious snack!
(It may take a few tries to get the ingrediants just right, but it sure pays off! You can even buy handheld mini blenders for small snacks!)
(also, just plain yogurt, and apple and some peanut butter, or howabout some crunchy carrots w/ a little runch!. Make that cucumbers!) MMmmmm!
