Weird. Usually I would see a question like this in the LGBT section.
All humans are given the right to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness. This is a given.
Focusing on Dan in Miami's argument, although I can't say anything towards bestiality yet, no pedophilia, in my opinion, is not protected by these human rights as the child is also protected by these rights. An adult in that position should find other means of pursuing that happiness.
No you are homophobic. It's not the fact you're afraid of the person, you're afraid of that one major difference between you and that person. Yet you hide it by saying you pity them for how they were made by the god you believe in.
And yes, if your 25 year old daughter loves and wishes to marry this man you've mentioned, then let her. It's her life she is living, not yours. She is granted her life, the liberty to do whatever she wants with her life, and with that liberty, allowed to pursue happiness.
Though I have to agree, you (brave new world) are kind of zeroing in on 'The Pursuit of Happiness'. Homosexuality is also protected by both Life and Liberty.
They are protected by both because a person doesn't learn to be gay, nor is it a lifestyle or agenda. They have no choice in who they love, whether it be a person of the same or different gender. Why should they be pissed upon by everyone else over something that's not in their control? They shouldn't have to live in a world which won't accept them. They've done nothing to deserve it. They deserve the Liberty to Live as much as everyone else, on equal terms.
Also in the constitution, there is to be a separation of church and state, so it's absurd to mix the two up in the first place. A person shouldn't need to find happiness at the expense of the pain (both physical and emotional) of others.
