McCain was born to American parents (which automatically grants him citizenship) on US military soil in the Panama Canal zone (which would also ensure his citizenship).

There's a question about whether or not the law that stipulates that American citizenship extends to those born on US military soil or to American parents applies to McCain, as it was technically passed after 1936 when he was born. Most law scholars agree that it is an interesting question, but there is no precedent and no real case in court.

He was born on a US military satelliate which makes him an American citizen. Not that the issue really matters, the Constitution was actually drafted to avoid Hamilton claiming the presidency. He was not a natural born of mainland N. America, he was born in the W Indies. That was enough reason to disqualify him but in the event that he had a chance, the Federalists might of carried on

He was born on a US military base in the Panama Canal Zone when it was still controlled by the United States. His parents were both American citizens. Therefore he is American.

Because he was born on American soil. That would be the ground under the US mlitary base in Panama. If a baby is born in the Australian embassy in New York, is the baby US or Australian. It is Australian, next question.

Have you ever seen Panama John Mc Al Qaeda's birth certificate? He was born in Saudi Arabia while visiting there and came back to Panama's military base. There is no birth certificate for him. He's never produced one.

The Panamal Canal Zone was U.S. territory thus making it U.S. soil meaning McCain is a natural born citizen. If you can't understand that you shouldn't be allowed to vote.

Well, if both of your parents are American citizens, you are too. It doesn't matter where you're born. Also military bases and embassies are considered "American soil."

Because he was born in a military hospital. An American military base is US soil, regardless of where it's located.

His parents were Americans. If you put a egg in the oven it doesn't turn into a biscuit.
